Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Anaheim will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in California usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 4โ€“9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Anaheim is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Place was affordable and the variety was great. The guys on the grill were amazing! They talked to us and suggested what we should try. I will definitely try this place again!

Fire + Ice is your typical Mongolian grill but with an unexpected variety of included options and unlimited trips to the grill. While the food was tasty, what stood out to us was the customer service. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and before seating us, the hostess thoughtfully made sure we knew how much time remained before the kitchen closed so we could decide if it would still allow for a full experience. A woman, possibly a manager, was super friendly and welcoming. She encouraged us to make multiple bowls and even came to our table asking if we wanted additional salad items or more bowls, reassuring us that the grill can accommodate. On top of that, we never had to wait for drink refills or our check when we were ready. All in all, we'd recommend stopping by when in the area.

Neat place, big buffet you fill a small bowl up with things and take it to a grill and get it cooked in front of you. Lots of options for noodles, veggies, protein, etc. They even have burgers and hot dogs. You season it yourself too. You put the sauce on the side and they add it on at the end. I liked the options. The buffet could use better labels. Service was fine, our waiter was between the bar and a ton of tables. But we didnโ€™t need too much. I made two plates of stir fry with teriyaki sauce and enjoyed it. Itโ€™s about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. So a good option for those looking to just fill up before or after the park. We were seated near the bar and the grill. It gets hot in there fast. Especially if they have birthdays. They light a spot on the grill with a big fire and sing happy birthday. Which was cute, but very warm. Iโ€™d say also bring cash to tip the guys cooking the food.

My husband and I decided to do a casual date night on a budget and stumbled upon Fire + Ice for their all-you-can-eat special. At around $26 all day, we were honestly surprised at how affordable it was, especially for a customizable stir-fry concept. The setup is straightforward: you choose your base, proteins, vegetables, and sauces, then watch as they cook everything on a large circular grill station in front of you. They also offer a small salad bar with options like build-your-own Caesar salad, macaroni salad, and clam chowder. When we walked in, the restaurant appeared clean and it wasnโ€™t very busy (we went on a Monday). One thing I didnโ€™t realize beforehand is that youโ€™re limited to one bowl at a time for your stir-fry and the bowls are on the smaller side. So you really have to strategize and pack everything in carefully before heading to the grill. The ingredient station could definitely use better organization. The labeling was confusing, and it wasnโ€™t always clear what was what. I also wish there had been more attention to cross contamination practices. For those who avoid certain meats like pork, itโ€™s worth noting that the same spatulas are used across different dishes o

This place was great. We went here about an hour before the doors were scheduled to open at the house of blues for BBNO$. We were sat on the balcony and although it was a chilly evening, the heat lamps kept us comfortable. I wasn't cold at all even in a dress. The food itself is whatever you make it, but they cook it on a huge round grill and they do a great job at cooking it just right. That being said, if you have food allergies I'd probably either avoid this place or pop a benedryl beforehand because sometimes the food touches on the grill and while they clean the stovetop often, I noticed they reuse cooking utensils without cleaning in between. I ended up popping a benedryl when I saw my food was next to some shrimp and was fine but it might be a bigger deal for more serious allergies. I'm not sure if maybe they could accommodate allergies but I feel like the concept of this place would make that request difficult. The drinks were good and I liked that we had a view of the long house of blues line from our balcony spot. Overall my only regret was I couldn't eat more than two plates. We'll probably come back here again for future shows.
